After I retired and moved to California, I still had a couple of investment properties in Maryland. I had decided to sell them and contacted Ken.  He was able to coordinate all the repairs and take care of all the negotiations while I stayed home in Cupertino. We kept in constant contact by phone and e-mail and the process was smooth from beginning to end.

I had been overseas for awhile and received a permanent appointment at job for the United Nations in Switzerland. I was lucky to have had friends live in my home while I was away.
