After I retired and moved to California, I still had a couple of investment properties in Maryland. I had decided to sell them and contacted Ken. He was able to coordinate all the repairs and take care of all the negotiations while I stayed home in Cupertino. We had been living in our 3-level townhome for a long time and we were ready to give up all the maintenance and the stairs.
